The Cape Edge Pen Program

How the Cape Edge pen works, in four steps

The peptide is already in solution inside a sealed glass cartridge. A click-indexed dial moves the plunger a fixed distance per click, so the volume is set mechanically rather than read off a syringe.

1

Inspect & prepare

Take the pen from refrigeration and let it reach room temperature. Confirm the solution is clear and the lot and expiry are in date.

2

Attach a new tip

Swab the seal and screw on a fresh, single-use pen needle (30–32G ultra-fine tip per supplier). A new tip for every administration.

3

Prime

Dial a small priming amount, point the tip up and press until a droplet appears. This clears air so the dialed dose is delivered as liquid.

4

Dial & administer

Dial the clicks specified in the practitioner's protocol, press fully and hold several seconds. Remove and discard the tip; recap and return to the fridge.

Our story

Born on the Cape. Built for practices.

Cape Edge started in Falmouth, on Cape Cod, where the land meets the Atlantic. The name is a nod to that coastline, and to the standard we hold ourselves to: no shortcuts, clear documentation, and real people who answer the phone.

We're a small Cape Cod team that came to this work from local business and community health. We built Cape Edge to give licensed practices a simpler, better-documented way to stock pre-filled pens, with the same care you'd expect from a neighbor.

Cape Edge Clinical Partners

Working with regenerative & longevity practices

Many of our clinician partners run regenerative, orthopedic, aesthetic and longevity practices. We also help those practices connect with regenerative-product sources that operate within the applicable US framework.

In the US, human cell and tissue products are regulated by FDA. Most stem-cell, exosome and similar products require FDA approval or an Investigational New Drug (IND) application before clinical use, unless they meet the narrow criteria of 21 CFR 1271.10 (minimal manipulation, homologous use). We only introduce partners who can provide documentation of their regulatory status, and we do not make claims about what any cell or tissue product treats.

Tell us about your practice

What we ask of regenerative partners

  • FDA establishment registration (HCT/P) where applicable
  • Written regulatory pathway: 361 HCT/P, IND or licensed
  • AATB accreditation / donor-eligibility documentation where applicable
  • Clinician-only distribution

FAQ

Questions from practices

Who can buy from Cape Edge?

Only licensed healthcare professionals and practices whose credentials we have verified. We do not sell to consumers.

How is a pre-filled pen different from a vial?

The peptide arrives already in solution in a sealed cartridge. There's no reconstitution or syringe draw-up. A click dial sets the volume mechanically, and a fresh pen tip is used each time.

How long do the pens last?

Our supplier publishes a 12-month shelf life for its ready-to-use pens when stored refrigerated, and up to 7 days at room temperature in transit. Lot-specific expiry is printed on each carton and COA. The in-use window after first use is being confirmed with the supplier.

How should pens be stored?

Keep refrigerated and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles (per supplier). Protect from light, remove the pen tip after every use and keep the cap on.

Where are the pens made?

By our European manufacturing partner, which states its peptides are made by solid-phase synthesis in GMP-certified, ISO-classified cleanrooms under ISO 9001 / ISO 13485. Facility documentation is available to account holders on request.

Are these products FDA-approved?

No. None of the featured peptides is an FDA-approved drug product, and their regulatory status differs by compound (see each catalog card). Practitioners are responsible for determining whether and how any product may be lawfully used in their practice and state.

Can we get Cape Edge private-label pens?

Private-label Cape Edge pens may be available on request for qualifying practice volumes, subject to supplier approval and applicable regulatory requirements. Pens are distributed by Cape Edge; ask us about labeling options for your practice.

Do you provide dosing protocols?

No. Cape Edge provides product specifications, documentation and device-handling guidance only. Clinical decisions remain with the licensed practitioner.

How does ordering work?

Practices order through Cape Edge, not directly from the manufacturer. Once your account is approved, send an order request with products and quantities. We confirm pricing, availability and your practice details, then process your order and ship it to your verified practice address, cold-chain packed. [Payment terms and minimums to be confirmed.]

How is shipping handled?

Orders ship in insulated cold-chain packaging with tracking to the verified practice address. [Shipping times and minimums to be confirmed.]
